1.  Submit online registration form

• The form is not available until registration opens
• Date TBA

2.  Print / Sign / Send

• All campers must print/sign/send a Medical Release Form no later than one week after registration.  Please send one per camper.
• If a camper intends to swim they must have a notarized Swimming Waiver on file before swim time.  You may turn this in during check-in, but sooner is better for everybody.

3.  Pay

• If you choose not to pay online, please mail a check for either $40 per camper (required registaration fee) or $175 per camper to Ryan or Becky Boyer at 114 E. Sierra Dr., Raymore, MO 64083.  Make all checks payable to FC MO Camp.

ALL CAMP CORRESPONDANCE IS DONE VIA EMAIL.  WE MUST HAVE A RELAIABLE EMAIL ADDRES FOR A PARENT OR GUARDIAN.  If this is not possible please contact Ryan Boyer at either RyanBoyer5@gmail.com or 816-651-7372.
